Then ride these segments. That’s how we’ll know who is the fastest, slowest, and well all the in-between.
Fun Ride
It’s a loop! Just under 10 miles total.
And you get to pass through the Arch every mile!
Extraneous notes you don’t need to read
This event is IRL and meant to be fun and raise moola cash for YL in Arizona.
Simple waiver required during registration. Ride safe. Maybe don’t bunny hop your helmet before the race to show off.
You are not covered by YL insurance for this, so, you know, look around you and maybe don’t use your headphones.
Results will be tallied in the most official way we can figure out, especially the costumes.
Afterwards, if you have fun let us know and tell a friend.
100% of registration and fundraised funds are a tax deductible donation to the Young Life area of your choice.
Let’s all be smart and safe when riding bikes. Need some tips? Read our safety policy.
Sponsors
Hey you want to sponsor this? Yeah we have sponsorship opportunities.
Sponsor monies will go towards event costs first then area budgets. Event costs are minimal (swag & food mostly).
In the future we might have more options for you, but we’re keeping it simple for now. Sponsors who get in early will be featured on the jersey as always.

Young Life Area Directors
Want your area to join in? Just email bike@yltour.org.
We’re organize this for you, so you don’t have to run a big event like this. You keep 100% of your area proceeds after event costs. Money flows through AG350 Arizona Team area to you based on areas selected by riders at registration. Event costs are determined after all sponsor monies come in. Often sponsor monies offset all event costs.
YL Tour is organized by Tempe & Central Tucson Young Life.
It is for anyone anywhere to participate. We’ve been helping run the Tour de Scottsdale for years, and well it’s cancelled again. So in 2020 everyone still wanted to ride and we tried a bike race thing. Turns out people liked it. Then in 2021, we got an Arch and people liked it more. Now we’re on year 4 of going it alone, and welp, it is gonna be great. Stay tuned for the details.
